The School room draws on the feeling of dread that comes with taking a test you are not prepared for. Through the use of scale, we make the audience feel small. Just like Emma feels when taking a test she is unprepared for. There is a theme throughout our experience of Emma being made to feel insignificant and this is illustrated again in this room.
